We are located north of Edmonton, Alberta. We live with our dogs on an acreage surrounded by a beautiful mix of forest and prairies.When we settled here, we set out on a mission to raise the very best dogs for our home and family. Our dream: For other families to experience the love, joy, and adventure that our dogs bring us every day.
We first fell in the love with the Australian Shepherds because of their incredible obedience. We soon realized they are extremely intelligent, agile, and very quick to respond. Their playful and confident temperaments match beautifully with the energy of children. Whether it’s laughs and giggles, tumbling in the grass, or splashing at the beach, our Aussie’s absolutely love children. This beautiful and endearing breed very quickly found a permanent place in our hearts.
We live an outdoor lifestyle and spending time in nature is our passion. Our dogs thrive, and are naturally built for exploring and seeking adventure. Their happy go lucky temperaments make them fun companions for camping, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Our dogs are athletic, agile and structurally sound. They excel in accompanying us on activities such as hiking mountain trails, biking, swimming, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Their stamina and endurance also enables them to keep up on our forest trails when we go out on quads and snowmobiles.
We continually seek adventure with our dogs, because as lifetime dog owners we know there’s no better feeling than looking over and seeing your beautiful beloved adventure pal smiling back at you.
Our dogs are healthy, fit and ready to always be by our side. They welcome friendly visitors with bundles of love, but they also alert us to any potential threats. They are always ready to courageously defend us if needed. We develop deep bonds to every dog and we diligently prepare our puppies for the best transition in joining their new families. As we watch them grow and develop from birth to breeding age, we are able to throughly evaluate their health, stamina, energy level, temperament and obedience. We only keep the very best pups and passionately move forward with the healthiest, calmest, and most loyal dogs.
We nurture these gentle, calmer traits in our breeding program so the dogs can also feel comfortable and enjoy those much needed quiet moments. For those times when you just need to rest, enjoy the warmth of a winter fire and cuddle for family movie nights.
We train our dogs with the pack leader mentality. Every pup is taught to be respectful and they grow up knowing they are a valuable member of the pack. They learn clear and consistent boundaries and in this type of training, they feel calm, content and safe.
